As restaurant manager at Murano, Spaic leads her team in creating a distinctive guest experience, with special attention dedicated to sourcing the freshest local and seasonal ingredients for an exceptional presentation of Adriatic cuisine.

Dishes with Montenegrin flair are served under glass chandeliers and the mosaic art of Svetlana Ostapovici, each reflecting the glassmaking tradition of the Italian isles from where the restaurant takes its name.
